Our design team works closely with the partners of G&M Landscape Services to turn your dream into a landscape design. If you chose to use a landscape architect or local designer we can work with their plan as well.
Construction
G & M Landscape Services has been assisting island residents and businesses with their landscaping needs for three generations.
We pay attention to the details, and we follow up. From our administrative offices through our management teams, right down to the landscaping crews, you'll find the organization needed to complete your job.
Our year-round, full-time staff is increased in the busy season, to accommodate all of our clients and their needs. In fact, we recruit students from landscape programs of various universities.
G&M Landscape is fully equipped to handle all phases of landscape construction, including reviewing elevations, grading, drainage, stonework, brickwork, irrigation installation, and plantings. After the construction is completed our maintenance department can continue with all phases of landscape care to maintain the look and value of your property.
Maintenance
In our business, we're accustomed to combining firmness with flexibility. Firmness to adhere to specifications, schedules and productivity. Flexibility to respond to the inconsistencies of nature and the changing needs of our clients.
This is especially true in landscape maintenance, and that's why we offer this plan:
-Inspect your property to understand its needs and demands
- -Propose services and frequencies including costs
- -Schedule accepted services
- -Supervise the progress
- -Review the results
Once we understand your priorities, we devise an operating schedule for your property. Our crew leaders and managers are in constant communication. Progress is tracked regularly against your schedule. Finally, the owners work hard to ensure that the job gets done properly, sites are inspected and performance reviewed according to the specifications and the standards you have expressed. We are always happy to meet with you, our client, to address your questions, concerns or suggestions.
In order to meet the delicate balance between Mother Nature and your expectations we practice integrated pest management. IPM is common sense pest control, which incorporates low impact solutions. G&M applicators are state licensed to commercially apply pesticides, where necessary. In addition our managers are qualified wetland delineators, where we consider plants and soils for an accurate determination.
We also design, build, and maintain irrigation systems for our maintenance accounts. This provides our property owners the flexibility to work with one contractor.
